The Southern Tier Digital Equity Coalition is a network of stakeholders in Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Tioga, Broome, Chenango, and Delaware counties who are committed to the five pillars of digital inclusion: affordable internet access, digital literacy skills for all, access to digital devices, technical support, and digital navigation services.
